Romaine, radicchio, leaf lettuce, tomatoes, roasted peppers, red onions, calamata olives & mozzarella cheese in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.   Onions, portobella mushrooms & roasted peppers are sauteed in sweet balsamic vinaigrette and poured over fresh spinach. Topped with gorgonzola cheese and crispy prosciutto di Parma. Add Chicken.
